Rescheduled

“It’s not where you come from…”

Today, we were heading to court for LR’s severance hearing and received a response text from our DCS worker saying that the hearing is rescheduled.  We called her and she said she did not know why but it had been pushed back to Friday.  

She also told us that LR’s bio dad emailed about the court date.  This was the same bio dad who has not seen his kiddo for half a year and has told his attorney he does not wish to be a part of her life.  From our understanding if he shows up, it will push the case back into summer (August or September) of 2016.
